In the market for more than 10 years, Elevation Burger is a well-established name in premium-fast-casual dining in Kuwait.

With organic ingredients and a community-driven policy, the brand has gained recognition through its commitment to quality and the community.

With few or no visual upgrades since its launch, the brand was looking stagnated, and we were commissioned to uplift it.

Elevation Burger is the only USDA-certified organic burger brand in Kuwait, and the go-to for everyone looking for a healthier option for fast-casual food. 

Part of the challenge for this uplift was going beyond the brand's motto "Ingredients Matter", and to underline the company's commitment to the environment, health, and community, through waste reduction on the operation, sponsorship of social causes and local athletes, and internship programs, already taking place.

Our first task was to crystalize the brand's values, by making them tangible for everyone at the company, and to extend its promise beyond the commitment to quality ingredients.


Our solution was to clean up the brand from top to bottom, making the content more important than the package. 


The copywriting assumed a central position, elevating the message above the style.


The packaging and take-away supports switched to recycled paper, and the graphics were taken to the minimum, reducing the ink usage by up to 95%.


The concept of "stay elevated" was extended to all the brand's touchpoints, in and out of the store, from uniforms to merchandising.


Brand speech and communication guidelines for in-store, social, and advertising, were also part of the deliveries.
